Credit Analyst (SME)

Opis pracyEnsure alignment with internal risk frameworks and external regulatory requirements (KNF, EBA, Basel). Support the development of internal credit processes and reporting procedures as the bank prepares to launch full operations 2+ years of experience in credit risk analysis, ideally within SME lending or corporate banking. Solid understanding of CRR / CRD, Basel III, and Polish regulatory standards. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus. Fluency in Polish and English (min. B2 level). Professional certifications such as FRM, PRM, or CFA are a strong asset. A proactive mindset, curiosity, and readiness to work in a startup-like, cross-cultural environment. Key Responsibilities
Credit Risk Assessment & Portfolio Analysis
- Independently assess credit proposals and provide opinions for the Credit Committee.
- Perform financial and non-financial analysis of borrowers and counterparties.
- Conduct credit reviews, stress tests, and support in internal model development and validation.
- Prepare early warning indicators and monitor risk trends across sectors and regions.
- Contribute to shaping internal credit risk policies and underwriting standards.
