Your responsibilities

Finance & Accounting, a core function of a business that requires talents to manage business accounting from its basic entry to analytical process up to sophisticated financial reporting. We require people with career and development-oriented mindset to join this profession. The role requires end to end accounting knowledge along with local GAAP requirements. It is characterized by high paced delivery, potential for personal development, and it offers opportunities for creating valuable relations with both internal and external stakeholders in different countries and cultures.

Our requirements

• Perform End to end accounting activities
• Deliver financial book close requirements timely, based on set deadlines
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial controls and statutory requirements as determined globally and locally
• Complete deliverables and other assigned tasks within targeted timeline and SLA, including timely response to inquiries
• Deliver tax and audit requirements on established deadlines
• Serve as back-up resource in the absence of other team members
• Perform other tasks and ad hoc activities that are deemed necessary as assigned
• Perform monthly balance sheet review for in-scope entities, including verifying accuracy and substantiation of all relevant accounts, and implementing appropriate action points in case of deviation from acceptable accounting principles
• Conduct financial statement analysis, coordinate with various process owners to consolidate specific accounting and tax information (as necessary), and provide reports on operational result
• Coordination with internal and external auditors, as required.
• Ensure corporate governance policies and procedures are in place and up to date
• Adherence to RICC control framework, perform controls attestation.
• Will support Region Team for Region Related Projects and Requirements if any
