AI Developer with Ops Skills

Job Description

Role :

Develop AI features and integrate DevOps best practices, automating deployments, building CI / CD pipelines, and ensuring scalable, secure systems for one of the most innovative tech companies in Poland.

Project Context & Tasks :

Build and maintain CI / CD pipelines (Bamboo, Azure DevOps) to operationalize AI models.

Automate application deployments and environment provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.

Support model monitoring and retraining workflows.

Integrate AI solutions into scalable microservices architectures.

Responsibilities :

Develop backend components in Java or Python with Spring Boot.

Containerize applications using Docker and Tanzu for deployment on Azure.

Use Swagger for API documentation and Postman for testing.

Manage performance monitoring with the ELK stack (ElasticSearch, Grafana, Telegraf).

Qualifications

Requirements :

High level of English and Polish are a must

3+ years as developer / administrator / devops with Java, Python, Spring Boot, microservices, and SQL.

Experience with CI / CD, containers, Azure, and scripting languages.

Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and observability tools.
