Process Engineer

As a  Process Engineer , you will take part in the deployment of site manufacturing processes and the industrialization of new products.

What you will do :

• Create and implement Manufacturing instructions, manufacturing BOM, Toolings, Poka Yoke, Equipments for existing product
• Learn, develop PE marking technologies knowledge & competencies through strong connection with international PE team
• Lead and / or contribute to a variety of manufacturing projects, ensuring that the processes are robust, efficient, and properly documented. These could be for new product introductions (NPI) or engineering changes of our current products
• Work closely with our contract manufacturers (Globally) to support the operational activity & optimize the current manufacturing infrastructure
• Work in a global, cross-functional environment across multiple disciplines for effective execution
• Support the new product introduction in production : labor, quality and schedule on track
• Perform PFMEAs and implement Control Plan for product and production line,
• Perform Root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Support Manufacturing, Field Service and Repair Centers
• As part of Global organization, you will support other sites ad hoc
