IT Support Specialist – Service Desk
Location : Kraków, Poland (hybrid model)
Contract : Employment contract or B2B
Job overview :
We are looking for an experienced IT Service Desk Specialist to join the team of our client in Kraków. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues, managing user access, and supporting end users across hardware, software, and network-related topics.
Key responsibilities :
Diagnose and resolve hardware / software / network issues via phone / email / chat
User account management (Active Directory, Exchange)
Route incidents to 2nd / 3rd line support when needed
Support remote users (VPN, RDP)
Maintain and update the knowledge base
Use ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy)
Manage incidents and technical documentation
Collaborate with vendors and internal support teams
Support devices : laptops, desktops, printers, PDAs, MS Office suite
Participate in training, documentation, and knowledge transfer
Work closely with offshore / on-site teams
Requirements :
1–3 years of Service Desk / IT Support experience
Hands-on experience with Windows OS (7 / 10 / 11)
Knowledge of AD, Exchange, VPN, Office apps, browsers, remote access
Proficient in English (B2 or higher)
Additional language (German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Mandarin, Japanese) is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
