Finance Assistant

Opis pracyPerform daily bank reconciliations to ensure records match transactions. Assist with payroll data processing and posting related journal entries. Prepare and post General Ledger (GL) journal entries accurately. Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) invoices efficiently. Assist with UK VAT reporting and compliance tasks. Manage employee expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement. Support month-end and quarter-end close, working closely with the Senior Accountant. Communicate effectively with client Finance Departments in English (email and phone). Maintain up-to-date accounting records and generate standard financial reports. Fluent English C1. Ongoing or completed studies in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Strong communication skills. Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively. Motivation to learn and develop. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
