We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.

DISCOVER THE ROLE

Junior Specialist in Billing Department will support Billing team which is part of our wider Internal Finance team. Billing department is responsible for day to day invoicing and financial reporting of processes related to TMF global clients for all service lines. The goal is to ensure the company charges its customers appropriately and collects payments in a timely manner as per contract / agreement / CRN in accordance with agreed turnaround time and quality along with financial reporting. Billing team is an international team and work is done in English language.

At this role you will have possibility to work hybrid - twice a week from the office in Katowice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Issuing invoices towards TMF's Global Clients
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure billing correctness
• Review and evaluate financial aspects in contracts
• Deliver the invoices in a timely manner using email & AP portals
