A NAVBLUE Aeronautical Analyst - AIM is responsible for updating and maintaining our digital library of State published aeronautical information and distributing it to relevant production teams for inclusion in our products. As a member of our AIM team, you will be able to use customised tools and processes to meet our high quality standards and adhere to regulations.
What will you do
- Source, analyse and process state published aeronautical information in timely manner in accordance with 28 day AIRAC cycle
- Manage the digital library of documentation and ensure all relevant administrative records are up to date
- Ensure workload is planned and prioritised to achieve predetermined deadlines.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts with Civil Aviation Authorities and similar organisations
- Identify and record all discrepancies with documentation and liaise with state authorities for clarification
- Communicate effectively with internal customers and external data providers
- Collaborate and work together in a small team environment to achieve team objectives
- Ensure all quality procedures are adhered to at all times, notify the relevant personnel of any non-conformities.
