Right now, the team supporting startups during their international market entry and scale-up is looking for an exceptional talent to join.
Responsibilities
Outgoing sales : focusing on a targeted account list and developing plans for winning new business.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Continually develop a robust sales pipeline through calls, individual outreach, and map stakeholders
Build a pipeline of deals and close them with C-Level decision-makers
Keep track of customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years selling EOR and / or Recruitment services to startups
OR
Full cycle agency recruiter for US and Europe-based positions with outbound calls in Medtech and / or Enterprise Software.
A track record of developing new clients in a greenfield territory, adding new logos.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with C-level business executives.
Hunter mentality with problem-solving skills and appetite for continuous learning.
Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English . Additional European languages can be an advantage.
