We are looking for Supervisor R2R General Ledger. This is SG10.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
· A finance professional with 5+ years of experience in the relevant Finance area of an international or an auditing company and strong RTR / GL process knowledge /Statutory processes
· An energetic, driven professional with a university degree (bachelors or higher) in field of Finance or Accounting with interest in Statutory accounting
· Candidate with proven partner leadership skills, including cooperation with external partners, ready to work in a fast-paced, diverse and multinational organization
· An experienced professional familiarized with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
· A candidate with strong analytical skills and passion for finance topics
· A fluent English speaker who thrives in a collaborative team environment
· A candidate with functional knowledge of SAP
· CFIN reconciliation and analysis, supporting CFIN project by taking part in tests
· Accounting certification (CIMA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) will be an asset
HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
· Our Entities are very diverse, including service, distributor entities and manufacturers located in EU and EMEA regions
· You will ensure accuracy and completeness of legal entity's statutory and US GAAP financial statements
· Provide high quality financial reports
· Submit US GAAP based financial statements for Group Consolidation
· Gain an appreciation of strong Internal Controls over Financial Reporting and comply with such “SOX controls”
· Constantly challenge the status quo and support our efforts for continuous improvement
· Develop an understanding of how a complex multinational Corporation operates and earn opportunities for international professional development
· Interact with different teams and towers. Gain unique experience in collaboration with third party accounting service provider being BPO for financial accounting processes in PMI
· Participate in global projects/process changes implementation (changes in Chart of Accounts, Data Transformation, changes in Reduced Risk Products processes, etc
