The general purpose of this role is to manage team of Collection and Claims team and including the review and approval of claims and deductions. The position also covers review and approval of returns and refusal resolution.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• University or post graduate degree in a relevant field;

• Rich experience (4+ years) in OTC process in B2B environment;

• At least 2 years of team management experience on paper;

• Leadership skills, flexibility and capability to initiate and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders on different seniority levels. Including the ability to engage, listen, coach, challenge and influence across all levels of PMI;

• Strong project and change management skills and demonstrated analytical, process-oriented and a good eye for detail. A strong communicator with good presentation skills;

• Understanding of how large, multinational companies work. Ideally in the consumer products industry;

• A self-starter who is comfortable with fast-paced, high-intensity environment where multiple projects are balanced, and work needs to be prioritized.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

Supervises the daily O2C Collection & Claims services such as transactional processing, reviews & approval and reporting to management:
- Review delinquent accounts reporting
- Review and approve claims and deductions
- Review and approve returns & refusals
- Manage customer service activities
Review the resolution and work around provided by the team to resolve and trouble shoot the issue immediately (issue management) - identify the root cause and formulate appropriate counter-measures
Ensure team’s compliance with the governing company controls, policies and procedures
Collaborate with the affiliates to discuss operational KPI and other topics / issues on the O2C end to end services (Client Relationship Management)
- Collate all issues raised by the market, discussed it with the responsible team in Service Delivery team for resolution
- Drive customer orientation to the team
Supervises knowledge transfers, review handbook documentation and confirmation with the affiliate on the process related to migration of services and new affiliates
Participate as key user to improve and/or replace existing systems and procedures. Acts as member on projects and performs UAT
Manage and organize team’s objectives and KPI
Provide guidance and supervision to the team by setting and implementing team goals or objectives, supervising, training or guiding team members, engaging and motivating team members, providing effective feedback and manage hybrid teams (as applicable)
