For one of our Clients, located in Warsaw, we are currently looking for candidates for Junior Payroll Specialist position.
Responsibilities :
- Processing payroll for assigned countries and ensure that payroll is processed timely, accurately,
- and in line with all regulations,
- Processing employee data changes, finalizing employee time & attendance data prior to payroll processing,
- Cooperation with HR BP, finance and external vendors,
- Taking part in audit and other common related activities once required,
- Managing registration for new employees
