Qualifications :
- 2+ years experience in B2B sales, business development, or outbound prospecting
- Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
