Fund Accounting Expert in Private Capital

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Fund Accounting Expert to join our Private Capital team in Kraków. If you have a passion for accounting, a keen eye for detail, and a drive to optimize processes, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Manage and record cash flows, intercompany operations, invoices, and investment transactions in compliance with procedures and deadlines.
• Coordinate the team’s NAV calculation process and implement stronger operational controls.
• Lead process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Review and verify the work of team members to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Reconcile transactions with supporting documentation, maintaining proper records and organization.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME), providing guidance on complex transactions and system challenges.
• Mentor and train less experienced team members to support their development.
• Participate in department-wide projects and initiatives, sharing insights and expertise.
• Prepare reports and handle ad hoc requests from the Luxembourg team, clients, or board of directors.
