Our requirements

• Strong knowledge of Finance services processes (Accounting to Reporting as a must, Accounts Receivable & Treasure as a strong advantage)
• Knowledge of SAP
• Proven project management skills for handling multiple priorities.
• Expertise in Lean methodologies for process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication (Polish & English) and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Customer-oriented mindset, translating business needs into efficient solutions.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
