Employment

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Around 10 years of experience in finance operations, process transformation, or solution design.

Strong knowledge of finance processes such as Order to Cash (O2 C), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Record to Report (R2 R), and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A).

Experience creating solutions for RFPs and client projects in the finance domain.

Understanding of finance operating models, shared services, and global delivery frameworks.

Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Ability to identify process gaps and propose automation or optimization ideas.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – especially when working with senior finance leaders.

Strong presentation skills and experience leading client workshops.

Collaborative and proactive approach to working with multiple teams.
