This is an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Sales Specialist, driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships.
The ideal candidate must be optimistic, driven, ambitious, have a positive outlook, works independently and have a super work ethic. This role will involve international travel to Asia and the US.
Technical Must Have Skills :
- Proven Sales Experience – 3 to 5 years of successful sales experience, with a track record of exceeding targets and closing deals, in sectors such as Food and Beverage, Pharmaceutical or Industrial Manufacturing etc
- Relationship Building – Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Negotiation and Closing Skills – Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close sales, demonstrating a consultative approach to address client needs.
- Sales Strategy Development – Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, with a data-driven and analytical approach.
Technical Nice to Have Skills :
- Industry Certifications – Relevant industry certifications or qualifications that demonstrate a deep understanding of water treatment technologies.
- Technical Product Knowledge – Understanding of reverse osmosis, filtration, and water treatment technologies, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to clients.
- CRM Proficiency – Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage the sales pipeline and forecast performance.
- Presentation Skills – Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals.
- Market Analysis – Ability to conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the industry.
- Multilingual Capabilities – Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly those relevant to the European market, to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
