Digital Marketing Specialist

Your responsibilities
- Campaign Management & Lead Activation :
- Support the implementation and growth strategy for our digital sales channel
- Plan, execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns (e.g. email, LinkedIn, paid search, LLMs, webinars)
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers through digital platforms
- Develop customer journey flows for lead nurturing, upselling and retention
- Align campaigns with sales KPIs and product launch plans
- Marketing Automation & CRM :
- Develop and deliver targeted digital campaigns in line with brand and business goals, leveraging suitable marketing platforms to ensure effective execution
- Develop and manage marketing automation workflows (e.g. in HubSpot or similar tools)
- Integrate campaigns with CRM and customer portals (e.g. SAP C4C, FlintLink)
- Ensure data accuracy, lead segmentation readiness and documentation of campaign activity
- Content & Channel Management :
- Create and coordinate digital content (e.g. landing pages, email templates, visuals)
- Manage SEO / SEM and paid campaigns across relevant platforms
- Collaborate with Global Marketing teams as well as directly with external agencies
- Support Webshop content updates and promotional activities
- Engage in further developments of our B2B customer portal (FlintLink) working IT and Digitalisation team
- Performance Analytics & Reporting :
- Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, customer interactions and lead conversion
- Build and maintain dashboards using common tools (e.g. Google Analytics, CRM, automation platforms)
- Analyze MQLs, traffic and ROI; contribute to A / B testing and optimization
- Team Collaboration & Governance :
- Work closely with Global Marketing, Sales, Product Management and Customer Service to align strategy and execution
- Participate in team meetings, reviews and learning sessions
- Document processes, contribute to standardization and define best practices
Our requirements
Minimum 3 years’ of hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally in chemical, packaging or manufacturing sectorsProficiency in digital marketing tools and platformsExperience with eCommerce initiatives, concepts and toolsProven skills in email marketing, lead nurturing and paid mediaData-driven mindset with strong visualization and reporting skillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related disciplineFluent in English; other languages are a plusComfortable in remote, cross-functional team settingsWhat we offer
