Sales Support Specialist GCA

Job descriptionAct as the first point of contact for cocoa butter spot sales and customer inquiries. Manage daily communication with customers on commercial and supply chain topics. Analyze and report on forecasted, booked, and delivered volumes; provide weekly pacing updates. Coordinate resolution of supply issues and customer requests (e.g., QA, certificates, samples). Maintain and update customer master data in Salesforce. Input monthly demand sign-off for the European region. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or commercial operations. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plus. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a commercial mindset. Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented. Well-organized and detail-oriented. Comfortable working across functions and regions. High level of self-motivation and adaptability. Monthly travel within Europe for customer visits and internal meetings. Employment on a regular basis in the sweetest company in the world. Annual bonus based on your work results. Key responsibilities :
Global Scope
- Support GCA Managers in key account management activities, including forecasting, pricing, contracting, and customer bean positions.
- Coordinate global cocoa tenders (e.g., cocoa butter and beans) across multiple rounds and volumes.
- Monitor long-term agreement volume commitments and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
- Follow up on overdue payments and support credit management processes.
