Job description

A company specializing in the development and distribution of survival systems is looking for a German-speaking CRM Process Analyst to support the analysis and improvement of CRM-related business processes. The role involves close collaboration with both the client and internal teams, focusing primarily on data management, system migrations, and administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Requirements :

Fluency in German (spoken and written) — mandatory
Strong analytical thinking and understanding of business needs
Experience working with CRM systems (not limited to Dynamics 365)

Nice to Have :

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365

Background in IT project management or business analysis

Responsibilities :

Analyze and improve CRM-related business processes

Collaborate directly with German-speaking clients and internal team members

Support data migration and administration within Dynamics 365 (or similar CRM platforms)
