Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer orders are processed in a timely and efficient manner (imports / types orders to the CERPS system, sends the order to the warehouse for realization) incl. supervises CERPS system set up, supervises keeping the processes in CERPS system, supports EDI communication set up with customers where applicable
- Ensure correct price set up in CERPS
- Ensure issuing of the invoices and credit documents from CERPS system
- Ensure communication with warehouse, KPI´s evaluation, stock taking participation reconciliation
- Ensure claim process towards customers done in time
- Ensure minimizing obsolete stock based on sales department instructions
- Ensure correct month end reports including OTIF report
- Prepare transport and orders forecast and timely provide transportation company and whs with transport and loading orders booking
- Coordinates correct after repacking goods shipment
- Prepare set of transport documents for each order where required (CoA for products, EX1, letters and any other supporting documents for borders crossing and customs clearance)
- Participates in Supply Chain projects and initiatives
- Participates in meetings in order to control supply of correct products to the markets
- Back up to Customer Service Specialists from other Export Clusters
- Is responsible for reporting of any suspected adverse events, quality complaints or other safety information relevant for Haleon products according to her / his knowledge. Report has to be done according to Haleon obligatory processes and within the given timelines.
