Export specialist

Miejsce pracy : Warszawa

Twój zakres obowiązków

Provide excellent customer service, meeting expectations while ensuring high profit margins;
Conduct market research to support customers, suppliers and producers;
Analyze and asses new business opportunities to check profitability, delivery and payment terms;
Build and maintain strong collaboration with internal and external teams;
Manage orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing;
Verification of export documentation and quality goods specifications;
Preparation of calculations, presentations and commercial offers;
Oversee the invoicing process, making transactions smooth;
Work closely with the logistics team to support export operations.

Nasze wymagania

Experience in export and import management, international trade, or related field;

Very good knowledge of MS Office – especially Excel;

Knowledge of order management, invoicing and feasibility studies;

Customer service skills with focus on business goals;

Ability to research markets and analyze opportunities;

Strong communication and teamwork skills;

Very good English is a must (min B2 level).
