Your new roleAs a Lead / Senior Automation Specialist, your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions and self-service platforms to streamline IT and business operations, improve efficiency, and enhance the user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, develop scalable solutions, and maintain the overall health and performance of automated systems. Your role will require experience in designing and implementing automation solutions, the ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with various departments, and knowledge of automation tools and technologies. Main responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain custom applications and components using .NET technologies, Salesforce platform, and Umbraco web CMS platform.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions in close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop automation scripts using appropriate tools and languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Ansible).
• Design self-service workflows and interfaces that are user-friendly and effective.
• Create and maintain documentation for all automation processes and self-service platforms.
• Deploy and configure automation tools and self-service platforms.
• Monitor automation systems for performance issues and resolve them promptly.
• Conduct regular maintenance and updates to ensure ongoing reliability and security.
• Collaborate with IT & business teams to understand their needs and provide automated solutions.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for users and IT staff on new automation and self-service tools.
• Analyze existing IT processes to identify inefficiencies and areas suitable for automation.
• Propose and implement improvements to enhance overall IT service delivery.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of automation solutions.
• Generate regular reports on automation performance, usage, and impact.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive further improvements.
• Ensure compliance with security, quality, and regulatory requirements.
