Job descriptionMin. rok doświadczenia w dziale AP Znajomość języka angielskiego oraz niemieckiego na poziomie min. B2 Wykształcenie wyższe Bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office (szczególnie Excel) Znajomość SAP Zatrudnienie w oparciu o umowę o pracę tymczasową na okres 12 miesięcy Pracę w trybie hybrydowym (min. 2 dni w tygodniu pracy z biura we Wrocławiu) Niezbędne narzędzia do pracy Pakiet benefitów (opieka medyczna, MultiSport, ubezpieczenie grupowe) Pracę w międzynarodowej organizacji o ugruntowanej pozycji na rynku dofinansowanie zajęć sportowych prywatna opieka medyczna ubezpieczenie na życie
Accounts Payable Analyst with German
Miejsce pracy : Wrocław
Twój zakres obowiązków
- Wprowadzanie dokumentów do systemu zgodnie z przepisami obowiązującymi w danym kraju
- Weryfikacja i przetwarzanie wszystkich faktur oraz not kredytowych (w tym obsługa brakujących faktur – GRIR) w systemie SAP
- Kompleksowa obsługa klienta
- cisła współpraca z zespołami EMEA i Global Accounts Payable oraz działami zakupów i zaopatrzenia, w tym :
- Odpowiadanie na zapytania
- Przygotowywanie niezbędnych analiz
- Koordynacja zadań i różnych działań na potrzeby organizacji
