Twój zakres obowiązków
- wprowadzanie dokumentów do systemu zgodnie z przepisami krajowymi
- weryfikacja i księgowanie faktur oraz not kredytowych (w tym obsługa brakujących faktur – GRIR)
- kompleksowa obsługa klienta w języku niemieckim, odpowiadanie na zapytania i rozwiązywanie problemów
- zwiększanie przepustowości faktur oraz monitorowanie dokładności dostawców
- cisła współpraca z zespołem i innymi działami firmy
- przygotowywanie analiz i raportów oraz zgłaszanie usprawnień procesowych
- wspieranie audytów i przestrzeganie zasad SOX oraz wewnętrznych procedur
- udział lub prowadzenie projektów optymalizacyjnych (Kaizen, Green Belt)
