Finance Program Manager

Your responsibilities
- Lead complex, cross-functional programs to achieve objectives on time, within scope, and on budget while tracking progress using KPIs and proactively mitigating risks
- Act as the main contact for stakeholders, facilitating executive briefings, workshops, and steering committee meetings while managing expectations and resolving conflicts effectively
- Collaborate with Change Management teams to drive user adoption and organizational readiness, supporting communication and training strategies for successful implementation
- Identify, assess, and manage program risks and issues, escalating critical decisions with recommended actions and ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance standards
- Inspire collaboration and high performance across teams, conducting post-program reviews and recommending process improvements to enhance PMO maturity
