About the project
We are seeking a Kyriba Treasury Management Specialist for our client in the medical industry, who is opening a new hub in Poland. The successful candidate will play a key role within the Treasury team, focusing on optimizing and maintaining the Kyriba Treasury Management System. Reporting to the Executive Director of Digital Finance, this position offers the opportunity to support global treasury operations by ensuring efficient, secure, and compliant financial processes that contribute to the company’s operational excellence and financial stability.
Your responsibilities
Implement and maintain payment formats within the Kyriba platform, ensuring compliance with global financial standardsOversee and improve bank connectivity and secure data exchange with financial institutionsIdentify and resolve payment and communication challenges to maintain seamless treasury operationsOversee and streamline in-house banking and cash pooling processes to enable effective liquidity managementImprove reporting tools and processes to support cash forecasting and monitor treasury performanceCollaborate with IT and networking teams to maintain system security and performanceOur requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in treasury management, preferably with Kyriba or a similar TMS platformStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detailExperience across the full Software Development Life CycleAbility to collaborate effectively within cross-functional and international teamsTechnical understanding of payment systems, cash pooling, and bank connectivityExcellent communication skills in English, both written and spokenWhat we offer
