responsibilities :

We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances / RTV equipment.
We are growing and looking for consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving customers.
Tasks : 📌
Provide technical support to equipment users.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems.
Providing information on products and their functionality.
Entering requests into the system.

requirements-expected :

Fluency in Dutch (B2 / C1).

Very good command of English (B1 / B2).

Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).

Smile, positive attitude, communicative, willingness to learn.

Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.

Availability for a minimum of 120 hrs per month; Project hours : Mon–Fri 8 : 30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

offered :

Civil contract with a rate of PLN 56,00 gross / h.

The possibility of arranging a convenient collaboration schedule.
