Project Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented  Project Coordinator  to support the Functional Transition Lead in managing and executing transition-related activities within a dynamic, matrixed environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in project coordination, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a passion for working across cultures and functions.

What You Will Do :

• Support the Functional Transition Lead in day-to-day PMO tasks and project tracking.
• Coordinate and schedule workshops, meetings, and stakeholder sessions.
• Manage communication flows between internal teams, external partners, and facility manager when needed.
• Organize travel logistics and on-site arrangements for project-related activities.
• Collaborate with HR and other enabling functions to support transition milestones.
• Maintain and update project documentation, trackers, and reports
• Act as a backup for the Functional Transition Lead when needed.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment across global teams.
