One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Product Designer in Poland .

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Designer to elevate the user experience across a sophisticated data intelligence platform. In this role, you’ll simplify complex workflows, lead end-to-end design processes, and collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product managers to deliver impactful solutions. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, leveraging your deep understanding of user behavior and design strategy to shape intuitive and scalable product experiences. Accountabilities :

• Lead the design of workflows related to data setup, integration, and maintenance
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions
• Translate complex requirements into clear, elegant design solutions
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including product, engineering, and research
• Iterate quickly based on feedback, and maintain design quality across sprints
• Present design concepts clearly to internal stakeholders and incorporate input constructively
• Document and communicate design processes, decisions, and rationale
