As a Head of Engineering in HomeToGo’s Marketing Technology department, you will lead the teams powering our user acquisition and retention platforms. These systems are critical to engaging travelers across markets and delivering personalized experiences at scale. In this role, you’ll help shape the architecture and direction of our CRM and Paid Marketing infrastructure and applications while fostering a culture of technical excellence and ownership.
