Order Management Head of Invoicing

Your responsibilities

  • responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of the team,
  • create a framework for your team in which employees experience respect, trust and appreciation and can work best according to their individual strengths and tasks,
  • ensure that the processes for timely internal and external invoicing are carried out in close cooperation with interfaces,
  • continuously analyze, optimize and digitize the internal and external billing processes,
  • responsible for the timely finalization of all relevant bookings,
  • accompany internal and external audits with regard to revenue recognition and related processes,
  • develop new KPIs and dashboards and optimize existing ones.

Employer requirements

  • experience in a management position in an international corporation,
  • higher education in a specialized field,
  • knowledge of order fulfillment processes in an international manufacturing company,
  • proficient in English and German,
  • excellent teamwork skills and high attention to detail,
  • knowledge of SAP, RPA, MS Office, Salesforce, Jira.
