Medtronic Virtual Engagement Sales (VES) Poland – Cardiovascular Portfolio

A Day in the Life

Join the Medtronic Virtual Engagement Sales (VES) Poland team responsible for cardiovascular portfolio (e.g. peripheral, structural heart). We’re looking for an enthusiastic and well‑organized Sales Representative who excels at driving sales activity, delivering results, and forecasting performance. You’ll also be responsible for creating and executing a development plan for the product portfolio you manage to support long‑term growth mainly in private sector. You’ll work in a flexible, digital‑first environment supported by a fantastic team and a structured training program. The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel or in‑person meetings depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement plans to achieve / exceed sales
  • Develop and act on plans which identify opportunities within current customer base and help formulate sales strategies
  • Identify, establish and maintain productive working relationships with key decision makers, customers and their staff, administrative staff, etc.
  • Plan and implement effective sales / product presentations to customers
  • Represent company at industry conferences and maximize potential by targeting specific customers to gain sales leads and pursue opportunities to promote the company’s product range
  • Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints in a prompt and effective manner
  • Educate customers to ensure that products are understood and used effectively
  • Recognize and understand competitive products, features, strengths in relation to the company’s products

Required Knowledge and Experience

  • Degree in Medical Science, Life‑science, Marketing, Business Administration or Biology or another relevant field
  • 1‑2 years of sales experience in healthcare field
  • Fluent Polish and English
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently on projects / duties as well as contributing to a larger team
  • Team‑oriented with strong goal orientation
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule
  • Experience in the medical (device) industry or in a hospital environment and knowledge of the competitive marketplace would be an advantage.
