What You’ll Do
- Proactively drive outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Research target accounts to identify key decision-makers and business opportunities.
- Qualify leads based on clear criteria and schedule discovery calls or product demos.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Maintain accurate activity records in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Stay informed about client offerings and industry trends to communicate value propositions effectively.
- Consistently meet or exceed outreach and lead generation targets.
What We’re Looking For
0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation (internships count!).Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.A self-starter with resilience, curiosity, and a passion for learning.Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach.Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and motivated by goals.Adaptable and thrive in fast‑paced, ever‑changing environments.Experience with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.Passion for technology, startups, and building a career in business development.What You’ll Get
