Payroll Integration Development Lead

Purpose

This role requires a dynamic individual who can take ownership of integration projects from design through execution, leveraging strong technical and functional expertise in the Workday ecosystem.

The Job (responsibilities) :

• Support the design, build, and deployment of Workday integrations, including inbound and outbound interfaces, utilizing Workday Studio, Workday Web Services (WWS), EIB, and Cloud Connect (CCW, PECI).
• Utilize strong coding skills (e.g., XSLT, XML, Java, SQL, and other integration technologies such as Workday Orchestrate / Extend) to develop custom integrations in a scalable, efficient, and effective manner.
• Ensure seamless data flow and integration between Workday and other enterprise systems. Identify and resolve any data discrepancies, redundancies, or inefficiencies within the integration processes.
• Expertise in troubleshooting integration issues, data mapping, transformation and data validation.
• Work closely with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to gather integration requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives. Foster positive relationships and collaboration across teams.
• Influence and guide stakeholders through the integration lifecycle, making recommendations for improvements, identifying potential risks, and effectively managing change.

Prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple concurrent projects, and adjust to shifting business needs.
