Supply Chain Specialist with German-hybrid

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Process and verify orders in SAP system,
• Respond to Customer queries via e-mail,
• Coordinate the process of preparing / sending / delivery of the order,
• Take care of Customer experience,
• Process returns and claims.
