You will implement transformation projects across sectors, ensuring long term impact delivery.

In this role, you will support leadership  and client teams in workstreams; as you gain experience, you will gradually assume responsibility for managing workstreams largely independently.

You will support client meetings and workshops to achieve the project's objectives together. You will contribute to the development of the firm through participation in internal projects. You will grow in a stimulating and human environment where quality of life at work is important.

You’ll be based in our office in Warsaw, Budapest or Prague office as part of Orphoz Central Europe, where our mission is to carry through the most complex transformation projects for our clients.
