Our Payroll Operations team is handling payroll related activities for our Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) based associates spanning across 52 countries. We work as part of a Global Payroll structure which provides the opportunity to get exposed to a truly international scope and provides lots of room for personal growth and development.
Position Overview
As Payroll Delivery Consultant you will be responsible for coordination and execution of the pre-payroll and payroll processes while ensuring accurate and timely delivery of payroll and remuneration to associates. This position reports to the Payroll Delivery Manager and will need to establish a close working relationship with the Total Rewards Operations team, Mobility, Equity team, Payroll accounting team and Payroll strategic partners.

In order to become a Payroll Delivery Consultant, you will need experience in a multinational working environment in Finance or HR. As the ideal candidate you should have a good understanding of payroll taxes and social security regulations, a strong attention to detail, and a natural desire to create efficiency within a process. As you will operate directly with colleagues across multiple countries from various cultural backgrounds, cultural awareness as well as a high level of spoken and written English is required.
