📌 Internal Communications Consultant (Part-Time, Remote, EMEA Region)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Consultant to join our client’s Communications Integration team.

In this part-time, remote-first role, you will play a key part in supporting internal communications teams across 27 markets. Your expertise will ensure the consistent delivery of the client’s narrative, purpose, and values through engaging internal content.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an expert editor for internal news stories in English, supporting local teams across 27 markets.
• Publish and manage content across internal channels including Intranet, SharePoint, Viva Engage, Haiilo, and internal newsletters.
• Write and edit a wide range of internal communications, such as leadership messages, employee letters, email campaigns, and announcements.
• Ensure consistent alignment with the client’s narrative, strategy, and values.
• Manage the intranet (SharePoint) and other internal tools, including publishing, performance measurement, and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across markets to enhance communication effectiveness.
