📌 Internal Communications Consultant (Part-Time, Remote, EMEA Region)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Consultant to join our client’s Communications Integration team.
In this part-time, remote-first role, you will play a key part in supporting internal communications teams across 27 markets. Your expertise will ensure the consistent delivery of the client’s narrative, purpose, and values through engaging internal content.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as an expert editor for internal news stories in English, supporting local teams across 27 markets.
- Publish and manage content across internal channels including Intranet, SharePoint, Viva Engage, Haiilo, and internal newsletters.
- Write and edit a wide range of internal communications, such as leadership messages, employee letters, email campaigns, and announcements.
- Ensure consistent alignment with the client’s narrative, strategy, and values.
- Manage the intranet (SharePoint) and other internal tools, including publishing, performance measurement, and reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across markets to enhance communication effectiveness.
Requirements
Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Minimum of 7 years’ experience in communications or editorial roles, preferably in internal communications.Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, and networking skills.Skilled in planning, prioritization, and multitasking in a matrix organization.Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a complex, multicultural environment.What We Offer
