WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

SimCorp is experiencing a substantial increase in business globally and to support our growth we are looking for a Lead Business Consultant. This is a truly global role, based in our Warsaw office. In this key role you will work with all our clients across the world and provide business support and solutions to overcome issues encountered by these clients.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Initiate contact with external third party (like custodians, brokers, management companiesetc) after the initial contact from the client
• Schedule meeting sessions between senior outreach business expert and third party after the initial contact and whenever third party requires the meeting
• Communicate with third parties to reach milestones such as : obtaining sample files from third parties, introducingAccessFintech(our data conversion partner), scheduling testing,confirming BIC codes, exploring test-BIC availability
• If required, establish the connection needed with the third parties that are exchanging SWIFT messages (RMA)
• Update the reached milestones in outreach tracking tool, related excelfiles and contributes with required information to the product development backlog file
• Discuss with senior outreach business expert deliverable and undeliverable milestones and coordinate next steps
• Escalate to a senior outreach business expert if issues arise beyond associate’s expertise or if third parties are not responding
• Communicate with project manager feedback required from the client to proceed with the outreach
• Processing of all material that passes through the ASH onboarding mail portal
• Relay questions and / or requests from the third parties to the outcome teams (but not vice versa, as the PM needs to assess to what degree the questions / requests the outcome teammay have shall be forwarded to the third parties)
• If required, attend weekly meetings withAccessFintechto align with the team on the mapping status
• Provide clarification and relevant responses to requests fromAccessFintech
