Senior Business Manager

Twój zakres obowiązków :

pozyskiwanie nowego biznesu oraz współpraca z obecnymi Klientami

rozpoznawanie i definiowanie rekrutacyjnych potrzeb Klienta

budowanie trwałej relacji z Klientem

rozwój i utrzymywanie długofalowych relacji z Konsultantami

współpraca z działem rekrutacji w zakresie pozyskiwania najlepszych specjalistów

realizacja strategii rozwoju współpracy

realizacja wyznaczonych celów sprzedażowych

Nasze wymagania :

doświadczenie na stanowisku sprzedażowym - consulting lub rekrutacja IT

znajomość podstaw prowadzenia procesu handlowego i technik sprzedaży

dobra znajomość języka angielskiego na poz. min B2

bardzo dobra organizacja pracy i umiejętność priorytetyzacji zadań

otwartość, łatwość w nawiązywania kontaktów i relacji biznesowych

kreatywność i dynamizm w działaniu
