Business Development Manager - Product Licensing
Your Role and Responsibilities :
Building and developing a client portfolio in the area of license and product sales for Seargin;Managing the entire end-to-end sales process - from prospecting, through presentations and negotiations, to contract signing and relationship maintenance;Co-creating and implementing the product license sales strategy - defining the pricing model, sales channels, and action plan;Collaborating with Seargin Competence Centers and product teams to tailor the offer to customer needs;Monitoring the market and competition - identifying new sales opportunities and market trends;Reporting results and providing strategic recommendations directly to the Head of Sales;Building long-term relationships with key clients and business partners;Co-creating sales materials, offers, presentations, and case studies in cooperation with the Marketing Department;Reporting working hours in accordance with Seargin procedures;Business travel - organizing and participating in onsite meetings with Seargin clients.Skills and Personal Attributes :
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, including at least 2 years in the technology, IT, software, or SaaS industry;Proven track record of sales success in licensing products, IT solutions, or enterprise software;Fluent English (C1+) - mandatory requirement;Knowledge of an additional foreign language will be an asset;Experience in managing complex sales processes with corporate clients;Ability to independently build and execute a sales strategy;Strong interpersonal skills : communication, persuasion, ability to build trust and authority;Understanding of technological aspects of IT products and the ability to translate technical value into business benefits;Strong results orientation, initiative, and proactivity;Experience working in an international environment and knowledge of the software market (e.g., SaaS, enterprise licensing, AI tools, SAP add-ons).What we offer :
