Regional ICT Specialist (IT support and administration)

responsibilities :

• Provide day-to-day ICT support for the ICRC Regional Delegation in Warsaw, and remotely or on-site for subsites in Chisinau, Budapest, and Bucharest.
• Install, maintain, repair, and monitor ICT equipment and services in accordance with ICRC standards.
• Handle Level 2 service tickets and escalate issues following ServiceDesk workflows.
• Ensure functionality of ICT infrastructure and connectivity across all covered sites.
• Deliver technical advice and user support for hardware, software, telephony, and other ICT services, including remote support as needed.
• Brief end-users on standard systems and promote efficient equipment usage.
• Maintain vendor and service provider relationships, adhering to ICRC procurement and ICT procedures.
• Participate in ICT budgeting and monitor budget implementation.
• Manage ICT inventory, conduct physical checks, and ensure accurate equipment allocation and tracking.
• Oversee procurement of parts and tools in coordination with logistics and administration teams.
• Prepare and update technical documentation of ICT systems and configurations.
• Conduct regular or ad-hoc support visits to field sites as required.
