Your role :
- As Sales Medical Representative, you will be EssilorLuxottica’s medical representative towards Ophthalmologists, Hospitals, Private clinics and targeted dispensing opticians and Optometrists in North Poland.
- Your main responsibilities will be to disseminate product and categories-related scientific and clinical information towards those specific targets in the main areas; Myopia, Presbyopia, Light Management and Instruments / Refraction.
- You will promote Essilor products and services to ophthalmologists, orthoptists, opticians as well as to relevant healthcare professionals (visits, training, information meetings, conferences, etc.) to develop prescription under the brand name of our products.
- You will bring them a wealth of knowledge and EssilorLuxottica solutions to support solutions for better patient outcomes.
- This promotion will be done through field visits, medical & technical education, professional congress, events and symposiums, training in universities.
- Your mission will involve medical and technical education with Ophthalmologists and Medical Community.
Main Responsibilities :
Reporting to the Medical Affairs Manager you will :
Share scientific, technical and evidence-based information on our products and services to ophthalmologists, orthoptists, opticians as well as to relevant healthcare professionals (visits, training, information meetings, conferences, etc.) to develop prescription under the brand name of our products.Establish your visit plans and targets in collaboration with the Medical Affairs Manager.Monitor the results obtained and propose, if necessary, corrective actions.Work with the Medical Education teams and Sales Teams to establish a medical footprint for EssilorLuxottica in Poland. You will be a keynote speaker in local events linked to visual health and vision.You will support the growth for Stellest, Varilux and Light Management solutions in coordination with the Medical Affairs Manager and business.You will track post education impact performance metrics and will re-schedule when necessary complementary actions to fully activate the account in the core categories.You are expected to be 80% in the field , e.g., myopia clinics and customer visits, secure technical and medical education for the targeted products and services established by the Medical Affairs Manager and Business.Main Requirements :
Bachelor or Master degree in OpticsScientific / clinical and medical affairs knowledge, particularly in myopia management5+ years sales experience in practice or in the industryDriving License cat.
