We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of a Business Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities :
- Actively contacting potential clients (leads from different marketing sources (webinars, e-books, events etc.) via online, phone, and email contact
- Qualifing leads and converting them into Sales Qualified Leads
- Updating information in the CRM database, preparing simple summaries and reports in Excel
- Cooperating closely with sales and marketing departments
- Supporting the Team Leader / Account Managers in achieving sales targets in line with the company’s strategy
- Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities
Our Requirements :
Experience in customer-facing roles and interest in the IT industryIntermediate Excel skills (creating tables, sorting, basic reporting)Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships (including phone communication)Motivation and willingness to take initiativeStrong analytical skillsHigh level of commitment to achieving set goals and a strong sense of ownership for assigned tasksVery good command of Polish (C1) and English (minimum B2 level)Nice to have :
