Project Manager | Localization & Content Production | Pharma

Responsibilities :

• Day-to-day coordination and execution of assigned projects related to content (production, localization),
• Handling the administrative aspects of the project, taking care of assets and files
• Filling out time management tools
• Creating and proposing process improvements
• Communication of processes to team members and the client
• Managing a small project team (2-3 people),
• Tracking the team's performance and progress towards goals, providing feedback and performance review,
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Delegating tasks effectively to freelancers and project team members
• Maintaining professional contact with the client, keeping the client informed about the status of the project, following up when feedback is delayed, supporting the team in client discussions and status reporting
• Identify task-related problems and propose solutions
• Creating a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment
• Constant learning and skills improvement
