Senior Java Developer @ ITDS

As a Senior Java Developer , you will be working for a leading provider of financial infrastructure services supporting the Swiss financial market.

Localization : Warsaw, hybrid model (3 days x week in the office)

The project involves building and maintaining mission-critical post-trade processing systems used globally by major financial institutions. You will contribute to the development of secure, high-performance Java-based applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment. Your role will be key in ensuring operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and technical excellence across financial systems that power modern securities trading and settlement.

You're ideal for this role if you have :

• 8+ years of experience developing multi-threaded, low-latency Java applications (Java 8+, Spring Boot)
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Hibernate, and performance optimization techniques
• Experience working with messaging protocols and event-driven systems
• Solid understanding of financial market operations and post-trade processes
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency in system integration and designing scalable software solutions
• Strong analytical and debugging skills in high-stakes production environments
• Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
