THE ROLE

Customer Marketing Manager responsible for brands in key category is one of the critical roles in the company. Taking the position, you will have direct impact on business results and the dynamics of the entire organization.

In this role you will be responsible for :

• Driving business agenda for the category at key customers.
• Leading promotional strategy of key brands at key customers.
• Preparing of yearly trade marketing plans corresponding with brands’ strategies and business goals
• Developing effective promo mechanisms and trade activations aimed at maximizing growth and return on investment.
• Ongoing monitoring of respective customers’ P&L and sell-out performance with aim to propose actions improving key financial KPIs
• Ongoing monitoring of market trends and competitors’ activities to understand drivers of company and other players market performance.
• Managing of trade marketing budget dedicated to respective customers to maximize on effectiveness
• Customer Marketing input to New Product Implementation process, in particular for preparing launch strategy & plan in cooperation with sales team.
• Close cooperation with other commercial functions : sales, marketing, demand planning and revenue management in order to secure growth and profitability on dedicated portfolio of brands and customers
• Close cooperation with key stakeholders on customer side, including category buyers and trade marketing team; preparing and delivering persuasive selling stories for strategic and operational meetings with customers
