Our Client is a leading global financial institution committed to delivering exceptional banking services worldwide. We are looking for a Senior Credit Risk Modeling Specialist to join our Client's growing Credit Risk Modeling team.

Regulatory Reporting Project Manager

Responsibilities :

Support the IRR Programme Director in delivering programme objectives across Europe.
Implement and maintain a robust regulatory reporting framework aligned with control standards and data policies.
Develop and oversee project plans, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and resources are effectively managed.
Monitor progress, track key performance indicators, and address risks, issues, and critical challenges.
Facilitate collaboration between Finance, Risk, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and materials for governance forums and decision-making bodies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, controls, and operational efficiency.
Contribute to embedding a sustainable target operating model into business-as-usual activities.

Requirements :

Proven experience in project management, with the ability to drive change initiatives effectively.

Strong understanding of regulatory reporting, processes, and controls, or a keen willingness to learn.

Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and the role of financial regulators.

Background in finance or regulatory audit is a plus.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvements and collaborate effectively.

Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.

Self-motivated and adaptable, able to navigate high-complexity projects with multiple stakeholders.
