Job descriptionOur team is supporting Hitachi Energy project business by maintaining and developing applications for scheduling, resource management, gates, project communication etc. Position aims to support the demand process when we launch new application or change the existing application in the RUN and support reporting, including financials for the same. Collaborate with Service Managers and Application Managers Progressing demand records and projects records for new projects in line with solution proposals and formal demand process Ensuring data quality in the systems supporting the process Ensuring compliance of the demands by observing existing processes Ordering and tracking related spend Working with data, using : Sharepoint, MS Office packet, ServiceNow You are a university student graduating in 2026 or later You can communicate in English at B2+ level Attention to details Structure Ownership Ability to work with little supervision after full onboarding and growing into the role Flexible working hours Access to internal e-learning platform Percipio Multisport card Participation in company social events sharing the costs of sports activities remote work opportunities flexible working time fruits integration events corporate library coffee / tea drinks leisure zone
