YOU WILL

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple medium / complex projects (scope, schedule, budget, risks, change control).
• Standardize logistics processes globally; implement control plans and business process metrics.
• Execute transportation value-improvement projects, report status, timing, and deliverables to the Transportation Leadership Team.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications; manage change requests and remove roadblocks.
• Build and lead operations teams : set goals, coach, and ensure smooth transition to steady state.
• Maintain strong knowledge of logistics systems and cross-functional processes; cultivate a pipeline of CI initiatives (service, cost, efficiency, optimization).
